3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided at no charge and with no obligation. All estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Estimates may be subject to revision if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial visit or if the project scope changes at the customer's request.

Prices listed in any estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing after this period due to changes in material costs or availability.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we will confirm the start date in writing or by phone. We ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, supply delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.

Cancellation of a confirmed project may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on the terms stated in the written agreement for that project.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required at the time of scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of estimate. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the project agreement.

In the event of a dispute over payment, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before pursuing any legal remedy.

6. Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our installation work. Specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - are provided in writing with each project. Warranty coverage generally applies to installation workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by third parties, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer warranties on turf products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms of the applicable manufacturer. We will provide documentation of applicable manufacturer warranties upon request.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the project site, including property boundaries, underground utilities, and existing drainage conditions.
• Ensuring the work area is accessible on the scheduled start date.
• Obtaining any permits required by local authorities, unless we have specifically agreed in writing to handle permitting as part of the project.
• Notifying us promptly of any concerns during or after the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Visalia Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
